Love your body, love yourself.” This invites the image of a room full of massively overweight people at a meeting of Overeaters Anonymous who are encouraged to love their body. They are told if only they learned to accept and love their bodies, they would be happier and perhaps even thinner. They repeat in a chant “I love my body.” The process might have made them happier and more content but did they love their bodies? (linked to article)

Working out at my local gym, huffing and puffing on the treadmill, and watching CNN to pass the time. A very nice looking young lady was being interviewed and I was stunned by the topic of the interview.
